.. where I just can't stop smiling. Today was a great day, and lately I've just been plain old blessed. I love our house, my kids are cute as pie, and I love the fall. If you can believe it, my 17+ month old Leah figured out how to walk this week. She had been taking a step here and there, but just Tuesday when Ben and I were working in Noah's room painting, Ben turns around and here comes Leah walking into the room. Only a few days later, and we went for a walk all around the neighborhood with Leah walking. She just figured it out, and now she's OFF and running. I love it, she can be outside with us (and not get grass stains or giant holes in her bum from scooting). Today we spent the afternoon playing baseball in the backyard, have I mentioned I love our backyard. It's just what I wanted.
it's obvious that I don't fuss much with my blogging, so don't mind that the pictures are scattered and at the first of the post.. a few weeks ago before we moved from Wellsville, we enjoyed a hike up the canyon. Noah is the best hiker and loves to just keep going. In the end Leah fell asleep in my arms and I carried her most of the way down.. it was beautiful though, the leaves were just starting to change. Today was Stake Conference, it was great. For the parts that I was actually able to listen to, very uplifting.. glad we were able to go.

When I saw your post title, I thought it must've been a bad day, but I was happy to see it was a good day. Yeah, Leah is walking! JJ was close to 17 months, so I hear you.
