what would you do??

Leah is peacefully sleeping in her crib.. that hasn't been the case too often. Especially with all the crazy schedules while on vacation and such. Anyway, I didn't want to wake her for church, because for those of you with kids know, to have a grumpy child at church is just so much work, you spend the whole time out in the hallway just waiting for church to be over to go back home. But I feel bad about skipping out just for a nap. We're all dressed for church, including sleeping Leah, but I just didn't want to wake her up. So I guess we'll still go if she wakes up soon. What do you other parents do?? Oh, and Ben is at work, so it's just me with two kids.

We had a great time at Disneyland. It was magical to see it from a childs perspective. It was fun, but I don't think we'll be back until we have older children.. I consider Noah still in the potty training stage and having to convince him to use the potty before we got in a 30 minute line was just plain annoying. we did have an accident or two, but that was mostly due to buzz lightyear.

My personal favorite was soaring over california... but the new toy story was lots of fun, too. we had a great hotel, and with all my family there, we were able to sneak away to the hot tub each night to view the fireworks while the kids were sleeping.. blissfull.:) it really was fun to be there with my parents and two sisters and all their families. the kids all had matching goofy/minnie mouse shirts along with g-pa and g-ma.. it was magical.

Andy's at work too. I had the CTR 8's all to myself :) There were only four of them, but holy cow - they are an intense bunch! Convenient how andy always gets a short trip Sunday afternoon eh...If only we were in the same ward...I could help you, and people wouldn't think I was a widow.

Oh Man, that sounds so WONDERFUL(the Disneyland part). What a great trip to have with extended family. So fun! I don't know what to tell ya about the sleeping little one... We start at 1pm, so lately I've just been skipping Emma's nap and she goes to bed really early, which is nice!

Hey Camille- Thanks for the comment! After seeing that, I came right over to your blog to check it out. It's been great to catch up on your life a little bit. I can't believe you have 2 kids!! But they are so dang cute and I bet they are so much fun. All your trips sound very fun and exciting as well!

What a fun trip you had, lucky you, you have been busy sight seeing all over! I am jealous! I am sure you are happy to be home now, it always is nice to be home :) I love disneyland, but I agree, not worth going till kids are fully potty trained!! Too stressful! How fun to go with your fam!

We had the same thing happening at our house yesterday. We missed Sacrament and made it to the other meetings. Church at 1:00 is no good for little kids! Looks like you had a fun time the "Happies Place on Earth"!!

Camille! Wow it's really you! Jeff will be so excited to see that I found your blog via Tim and Clarissa's. I can't believe you have two kids! The last time we dropped by your parents I think you had just had your little boy. Crazy. Where are you living now? I saw something about getting a hair cut at Cookie Cutters in Bountiful. That's right by our house.

You guys have had so many fun adventures. It's really kind of lucky that the carseat still has a bit of sand to remind you of happy memories. You can't go wrong with Disneyland. I love that place. I did however wait until K was 8 to go, but when we finally saved up enough to go it was so worth it. The fireworks in the hot tub sounds heavenly. No such luck for me. Definitely a downside to being a single Mom, even vacations you're on your own. So glad to see so many fun photos of you guys.
