The day finally came. Leah was born this morning at 8:04 am. She came in weighing 7lb 11 ounces and 20 inches long. She was born very healthy and has been pretty alert for a lot of the day. So far, things are going well. I am exhausted from the day, since we had to be here early this morning. It's been nice to just relax today, and have a few visits from Noah. He's all about the new sister, making sure she's not crying and all bundled up in her blanket. He has been so gentle to hold her and so willing to give kisses. I'm glad my parents are here to help us out with him, I'm not worried how he's doing while we're here at the hospital. Ben is such a great dad, it's so different seeing him with a little girl rather than a little boy...sweet. I think I'll be here in the hospital until Sat or Sun... so far I actually kind of like the relaxation, and somebody waiting on me. My dinner tonight wasn't too glamorous, chicken broth and jello... but Ben just showed up with a vanilla Frosty from Wendy's. Here's a few pictures to show off our new little one.

Congratulations on your sweet cute baby girl. She is so cute. Enjoy being waited on while your there :) I am amazed you got pictures up so fast. CONGRATULATIONS! She is so sweet, and it is so fun to watch daddy's with their little girls. Leah is such a pretty name. Noah looks so cute with her! I am amazed at how slick it is to just schedule the C-section, go in, and 1/2 hour later you have a baby! Makes me kind of excited to do that myself. Sort of. You guys are such a cute family, enjoy the new little one!

Try to sleep :) Actually, I thought I slept better after having the baby than I did when I was pregnant, because I wasn't tossing and turning so much from being uncomfortable. Does she have a middle name? I love the name Leah.
